HH Froogle FAQ

What is Google Product Search? Wasn't it called Froogle before?

Yes, Google has changed the name from Froogle to Google Product Search because they felt the name was not properly representing their Google Brand.

Google Product Search is the same thing as Froogle, but improved. It is still Google's product shopping search engine.

Google Product Search has millions of consumers searching for products every single day.

How does the HH Product Manager Work?

The HH Product Manager processes your products three times a week, keeping your products up-to-date and relevant in the Google Product Search results.

You no longer need to update your product feeds or worry about formatting the data and uploading. The system handles everything and lets you know the status of your feeds.

I have all my products in a database what do I do?

The HH Product Manager offers an extremely simple way to submit your products:

Database Integration

After you register, you can simply provide us with the database information of your website. A member of our team will manually setup the process, free of charge, to gather your product data. The submission will then be tested by our team and placed into rotation to be submitted three times a week. You will receive email notifications of the status of your product feeds.

I only have a few products what to I do?

If you have 1 product or 1 million products it does not matter with the HH Product Manager. We have a simple form that will allow you to easily enter your product information. These can also be exported to excel and imported to make the process very simple. We are also here for you, if you have any issues or need assistance, our customer services agents are standing by here to help.

What is the difference between the plans?

In order to create a product feed you will need to purchase a registration plan. Each plan allows you to add a different number of domains. For example the HH Product Manager Standard Plan allows you to submit products for one website.

I have five product websites which plan is right for me?

If you want to list five different website's products then you would sign up for the HH Product Manager Reseller 5 Plan. Google requires that the products for each feed must be from a unique domain.

For example if the domain is http://www.acme.com all the products and images must be located at http://www.acme.com.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, we only offer monthly subscriptions. Therefore you can cancel your account at any time. We do offer full refunds within the first 72 hours after registration, after the 72 hour period you will receive the remaining time on your membership which you have currently paid for.

I do not see a plan that fits my needs
